The invention provides a release mechanism of stacked panel satellites and a carrier rocket. The release structure comprises: an extension part having a head end and a tail end opposite to each other, the extension part having an axial channel inside; the inhaul cable is arranged in the channel in a penetrating mode, the inhaul cable is provided with a head end and a tail end which are opposite, and the tail end of the inhaul cable is close to the tail end of the extending part; the clamping jaw is exposed out of the tail end of the extending part and is connected with the tail end of the inhaul cable, and the normal state of the clamping jaw is an open state; the clamping jaw opening and closing assembly is connected with the head end of the inhaul cable and used for pulling back and releasing the inhaul cable so that the clamping jaw can be switched between the folded state and the unfolded state; and the extension part recycling assembly is connected with the head end of the extension part and used for driving the extension part to be recycled towards the rocket body of the rocket. According to the invention, the satellite-rocket/inter-satellite distance during release can be increased, and the collision risk is reduced.
