本发明提供一种发动机油门操纵杆锁紧机构,该机构中每个滑轮两侧均设有摩擦片,每个滑轮右侧固连油门操纵杆,制动杆安装在轴上,且位于最外侧油门操纵杆左侧;挡销安装在支架下侧;制动杆下端设有两个锁紧片,且两个锁紧片同轴安装在轴上,两个锁紧片设有相互配合的卡接部,外侧锁紧片与制动杆固连,内侧锁紧片与最左侧滑轮接触,内侧锁紧片可沿轴轴向运动,内侧锁紧片设有与挡销配合的插销豁口结构,挡销限制内侧锁紧片径向转动;当制动杆绕着轴向前转动时,外侧锁紧片转动,内侧锁紧片沿轴轴向向右移动,挤压滑轮与摩擦片,滑轮与摩擦片之间摩擦力增大,油门操纵杆在受到外力作用时无法转动,进入制动状态,本发明结构简单,可靠性、维修性好。
