The invention provides a turboprop engine-based throttle lever calibration method, which belongs to the technical field of avionics, and specifically comprises the following steps of: opening up a special throttle angle storage area in a FLASH storage area of a main computer module of a display processor in an engine indication and air service alarm information processing system, and defining an independent configuration command; the reading module is used for reading and writing an accelerator angle calibration value; transmitting the acquired data of the engine throttle angle to a special throttle angle storage area; reading an engine throttle angle mathematical quantity voltage value, and reducing the throttle angle mathematical quantity voltage value into a throttle angle physical quantity value through a nonlinear formula; the reduced accelerator angle physical quantity value is sent to a liquid crystal display to be displayed; and inputting a voltage value corresponding to the accelerator angle value to the engine indication and air service alarm information processing system through ground maintenance software so as to calibrate the accelerator. The reliability and timeliness of the calibration method are improved, and the calibration risk is reduced.

    本申请提供了一种基于涡桨发动机油门杆标定方法,属于航空电子技术领域,具体包括,在发动机指示和空勤告警信息处理系统中显示处理机的主计算机模块FLASH存储区中开辟出一块油门角度专用存储区,并定义单独的配置命令,用于油门角度标定值的读出、写入;将采集到的发动机油门角度的数据输送至油门角度专用存储区;读取发动机油门角度数学量电压值,将油门角度数学量电压值通过非线性公式还原为油门角度物理量值;将还原后的油门角度物理量值发送至液晶显示器显示;通过地面维护软件向发动机指示和空勤告警信息处理系统输入油门角度值对应的电压值,以进行油门标定。提高标定方法的可靠性、及时性,降低标定风险。
