According to the invention, not only can the vehicle frame be horizontal when the vehicle runs on a cross slope (the course angle is 0 degree) and a longitudinal slope (the course angle is 90 degrees), but also the vehicle frame can be horizontal when the course angle is between 0 degree and 90 degrees, so that the chassis is prevented from rolling over, and the safety of the chassis is improved.
