The invention provides a crawler chassis which comprises a rack, two horizontal adjusting mechanisms and two crawler units, each crawler unit is connected with the rack through one horizontal adjusting mechanism, and each crawler unit comprises a crawler, a crawler support, a tensioning wheel assembly, a thrust wheel assembly, a driving wheel and a riding wheel. The tensioning wheel assembly comprises a first buffering assembly, a first connecting frame and a tensioning wheel. The thrust wheel assembly comprises a second buffering assembly, two second connecting frames and a thrust wheel. In this way, when the crawler chassis encounters a slope in the running process, the front end of the crawler chassis is pressed through the tensioning wheel assembly to adjust the contact face in a self-adaptive mode and is matched with the first buffering assembly for vibration reduction, and meanwhile the thrust wheel assembly adapts to the slope surface when passing through the slope and is matched with the second connecting frame to compress towards the middle to be combined with the second buffering assembly for vibration reduction; therefore, the adaptive capacity of the crawler chassis to the rugged road surface is greatly improved, and meanwhile vibration is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供一种履带底盘,包括机架、两个水平调节机构以及两个履带单元,每个履带单元均通过一个水平调节机构与机架连接,每个履带单元均包括履带、履带支架、张紧轮组件、支重轮组件、驱动轮和托轮,张紧轮组件包括第一缓冲组件、第一连接架和张紧轮,支重轮组件包括第二缓冲组件、两个第二连接架和支重轮。如此履带底盘在行驶过程中遇到坡路时前端先经张紧轮组件受压自适应坡度调整接触面,并配合第一缓冲组件减振,同时支重轮组件经过坡路时适应坡路面,并且配合第二连接架向中间压缩结合第二缓冲组件减振,从而大幅提高了履带底盘对崎岖路面的适应能力,同时大幅减少了振动。
