The invention provides a vehicle steering gear rack force determination method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and is applied to the technical field of vehicle control. The method comprises the steps that motion parameters of a vehicle at the current moment are obtained, the motion parameters are input into a pre-constructed rack force determination model, and the steering gear rack force of the vehicle at the current moment is obtained. By means of the method, more accurate determination of the rack force is achieved, the control precision of a steering system and the stability and safety of a vehicle are improved, and the driving experience and the energy-saving effect are optimized.
