The invention provides a rail train traction and brake control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly monitoring the wheel rotation speed and motor torque of a rail train, inputting a state observer with pole configuration to estimate an adhesion coefficient in real time, and combining the creep speed at the current moment to obtain a traction and brake coefficient; calculating the stick-slip slope of the adhesion characteristic curve by using an adhesion coefficient-creep speed empirical formula; the method comprises the following steps: setting a target creep speed by adopting a steepest gradient method, inputting the target creep speed and a current creep speed into a neural network controller, outputting a rail train correction torque, combining the rail train correction torque with a current actual braking torque to obtain a target torque, and controlling a rail train motor through a DTC method so that the actual torque is consistent with the target torque. And the motor torque and the wheel speed are input into the state observer to form closed-loop control. The adhesion coefficient is estimated and optimized in real time through the control method, the train traction and braking efficiency is remarkably improved, and a safer and more efficient solution is provided for modern rail transit.

    本发明提供一种轨道列车牵引与制动控制方法及系统,首先监测轨道列车的车轮转速和电机转矩,并输入极点配置的状态观测器实时估计黏着系数,并结合当前时刻的蠕滑速度,利用黏着系数‑蠕滑速度经验公式计算得到黏着特性曲线的黏滑斜率;采用最速梯度法设置目标蠕滑速度,将目标蠕滑速度与当前蠕滑速度输入神经网络控制器,输出轨道列车修正转矩,并与当前实际制动转矩组合,得到目标转矩,通过DTC方法控制轨道列车电机,使得实际转矩与目标转矩保持一致,并将电机转矩和车轮速度输入状态观测器,形成闭环控制。本发明通过控制方法实时估计和优化黏着系数,实现了对列车牵引与制动效率的显著提升,为现代轨道交通提供了更安全、高效的解决方案。
