The method comprises the steps that driving state data of a current vehicle are acquired; wherein the driving state data comprises the current driving speed, the curb mass and the road slope of the current driving road; according to the current driving speed, the required acceleration and sliding resistance of the current vehicle are determined; according to the required acceleration, the sliding resistance, the curb mass and the road gradient, the target energy recovery torque of a driving motor corresponding to the current vehicle is determined; and performing energy recovery control on the current vehicle according to the target energy recovery torque. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the energy recovery control mode is better in universality, so that the situation that energy recovery is insufficient due to the fact that an energy recovery control mode in the traditional technology is relatively mechanical is avoided, and accurate control over the energy recovery process is achieved.
