The invention discloses an aluminum alloy for preparing a train built-in bogie traction rod and a preparation method of the aluminum alloy, and belongs to the technical field of metal material preparation. The preparation method of the aluminum alloy comprises the following steps: (1) respectively heating and melting intermediate alloys such as pure Al, Al-Zn and Al-Mg, and then mixing and stirring to obtain an alloy melt; (2) introducing mixed inert gas and a refining agent from the bottom of the alloy melt, then continuously introducing the inert gas, and removing surface scum; (3) degassing the alloy melt treated in the step (2), and sintering in a pulsed magnetic field environment; and (4) after sintering is finished, cooling is conducted, plasma treatment is adopted in the cooling process, then casting is conducted after continuous cooling, and the aluminum alloy casting blank is obtained. Through the constructed preparation method, the defects in the alloy can be effectively reduced, the diffusion effect of atoms in the alloy is promoted, the phenomenon of uneven distribution of structures in the alloy is improved, and the service performance of the alloy is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于制备列车内置转向架牵引拉杆的铝合金及其制备方法,属于金属材料制备技术领域。该铝合金的制备方法如下:(1)分别将纯Al、Al‑Zn、Al‑Mg等中间合金加热融化,然后混合搅拌,得到合金熔体;(2)从合金熔体底部通入混合后的惰性气体和精炼剂,然后继续通入惰性气体,并除去表面浮渣;(3)对步骤(2)处理后的合金熔体进行除气处理,然后于脉冲磁场环境中烧结;(4)烧结结束后进行冷却,并在冷却过程中采用等离子体处理,然后继续冷却后浇注,获得该铝合金铸坯。本发明通过构建的制备方法能够有效的降低合金内部的缺陷,促进合金内部原子的扩散作用,改善合金中组织分布不均匀的现象,提升合金的服役性能。
