The invention provides a method for improving safety performance when an automatic forklift moves forwards in the fork tooth direction, and relates to the technical field of industrial automation and logistics transportation equipment, an automatic forklift body, automatic forklift fork teeth, a pallet limiting mechanism, a front-end radar sensor and a radar sensor telescopic mechanism are included, and the working method comprises the steps of S1, carrying judgment; s2, entering a pallet; s3, triggering a signal: when the automatic forklift moves forwards towards the fork teeth, triggering a radar sensor telescopic mechanism, jacking a front-end radar sensor out of the front end of the fork teeth of the automatic forklift, starting an obstacle monitoring function, preventing the front-end radar sensor from being exposed outside for a long time to cause collision damage, and ensuring that a safety monitoring effect can be achieved when the automatic forklift needs to be used; s4, normal operation; through the innovative design that the pallet limiting mechanism, the front-end radar sensor and the telescopic mechanism of the front-end radar sensor are additionally arranged, the safety performance of the automatic forklift moving forwards in the fork tooth direction during loading or unloading is remarkably improved, and meanwhile the operation efficiency of the forklift is optimized.

    本发明提供一种自动叉车向叉齿方向前行时提升安全性能的方法,涉及工业自动化与物流运输设备技术领域,包括自动叉车车身、自动叉车叉齿、栈板限位机构、前端雷达传感器和雷达传感器伸缩机构,工作方法:S1、载物判定;S2、进入栈板;S3、触发信号:自动叉车再向叉齿方向前行时,触发雷达传感器伸缩机构,将前端雷达传感器顶升出自动叉车叉齿的前端,开启障碍物监测功能,避免前端雷达传感器长期暴露在外导致碰撞破损,确保在需要使用时能够起到安全监测的作用;S4、正常运行;本发明通过增设栈板限位机构和前端雷达传感器及其伸缩机构等创新设计,显著提升了自动叉车在装载或卸货时向叉齿方向前行的安全性能,同时优化了叉车运行效率。
