The invention relates to driver physical condition determination for vehicle safety. A computerized method of controlling one or more vehicle safety measures by determining a height of a person seated on a seat in a vehicle cabin is provided. The method includes determining a height of the person based on one or more images showing the person on the vehicle seat by determining a set of body features of the person, comparing the set of determined body features to a corresponding set of reference features, and determining the height of the person based on the comparison. The method further includes outputting a control signal to the one or more vehicle safety measures based at least in part on the determined height.
