PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a driver by detecting physical condition abnormality of the driver earlier than before change appears in driving posture of the driver and vehicle behaviors.SOLUTION: A driver physical condition detection device 1 can associate a vehicle behavior due to poor physical condition of the driver with a preliminary operation of the driver and can detect physical condition of occupants at an earlier stage of time by providing a center of gravity seating position detection part 41 for detecting a variation of a center of gravity seating position of the driver, and a physical condition determination part 42 for determining that the physical condition of the driver is abnormal when a start time of a deviation in the center of gravity seating position of the driver delays with reference to a predetermined determination reference time in comparison with determination reference information acquired by determination reference acquisition means for acquiring reference information to determine the normality/abnormality of the variation of the center of gravity seating position detected by the center of gravity seating position detection part 41. Thus, the driver physical condition detection device improves safety by enabling the driver to guide the vehicle to a safe place, or the like by notifying the physical condition of the occupants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】運転者の運転姿勢や車両の挙動に変化が現れる以前等のより早期に、運転者の体調異常を検出することで運転者の安全を確保する。【解決手段】運転者体調検知装置1は、運転者の着座重心位置の変動を検出する着座重心位置検出部41と、該着座重心位置検出部41で検出した着座重心位置の変動の正常、異常を判定するための基準情報を取得する判定基準取得手段で取得した判定基準情報とを対比し、運転者の着座重心位置の変動の開始時期が、所定の判定基準時期に照らして遅れているときに運転者の体調が異常であると判定する体調判定部42を備えることで、運転者の体調不良による車両の挙動と、運転者の予備動作とを関連づけることができ、より早期に乗員の体調異常を検出することができるので、これを報知することによって車両を安全な場所に退避させることが可能になるなど、安全性が向上することになる。【選択図】図1
