The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method based on multi-graph space-time convolution and dynamic measurement fusion, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting traffic road network information, and constructing a data set; constructing a traffic flow prediction network which comprises an MGC module and a DMF module; the MGC module comprises a distance feature spatial-temporal correlation feature module Dis, a kernel correlation module ICNC, a congestion correlation module TCC and a causal similarity module DG. Three new spatio-temporal correlation matrixes based on multi-source basic information are respectively provided in ICNC, TCC and DG modules. The DMF module comprises residual connection, a convolutional neural network, graph convolution and an attention mechanism, and is used for evaluating the importance of each node in different features, calculating an importance score, and carrying out weighted fusion on several spatio-temporal features. The MGC-DMF pays more attention to the diversity and authenticity of multiple images and the interpretability and balance of a fusion mode in design, so that the performance of a traffic flow prediction model is further improved.
本发明公开一种基于多图时空卷积和动态度量融合的交通流预测方法,包括以下步骤:收集交通道路网络信息,构建数据集;构造交通流预测网络,包含MGC模块、DMF模块;MGC模块包含:距离特征时空相关性特征模块Dis,核相关性模块ICNC,拥堵相关性模块TCC,因果相似性模块DG。在ICNC、TCC、DG模块中分别提出了三种新的基于多源基本信息的时空相关矩阵。DMF模块包含残差连接,卷积神经网络,图卷积和注意力机制,用于评估不同特征中每个节点的重要性,并计算出重要性分数,加权融合几种时空特征。MGC‑DMF在设计上更加注重多图的多样性和真实性,以及融合方式的可解释性和平衡性,以此促进交通流预测模型性能的进一步提高。
