The invention belongs to the technical field of power battery safety, and particularly relates to a vehicle power battery fault diagnosis method based on hierarchical recognition, which comprises the following steps: acquiring actual operation data of a vehicle; dividing the actual operation data into a plurality of data fragments, and extracting one-dimensional or multi-dimensional characteristic quantities from the data fragments; screening out abnormal data fragments from all the data fragments according to the characteristic quantities of the data fragments; and for the abnormal data fragments, calculating a longitudinal abnormal average value of the voltage of the power battery monomer to identify the suspected faulty battery monomer in the power battery, and analyzing the fault type of the power battery according to the performance of the suspected faulty battery monomer. According to the method, the abnormal segments are screened out by analyzing the actual operation data of the vehicle, whether the battery breaks down or not is judged, and the suspected faulted single battery in the power battery can be recognized, so that the battery fault type and fault reason can be analyzed subsequently, and the safety of the vehicle and personnel is maintained.

    本发明属于动力电池安全技术领域,具体涉及一种基于分层识别的车辆动力电池故障诊断方法,包括:获取车辆的实际运行数据;将实际运行数据划分为若干个数据片段,并从数据片段中提取一维或多维的特征量;根据数据片段的特征量从所有数据片段中筛选出异常的数据片段;针对于异常的数据片段,通过计算动力电池单体电压的纵向异常平均值,以识别动力电池中疑似故障的电池单体,并依据疑似故障的电池单体的表现分析动力电池的故障类型。本发明通过分析车辆的实际运行数据筛选出异常片段,并加以判断电池是否存在故障,还能够识别动力电池中疑似故障的单体,以便后续分析电池故障类型和故障原因,维护车辆和人员的安全。
