The invention discloses a power battery heating relay fault diagnosis method and device and a vehicle controller, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first sampling voltage of a heating relay when the heating relay has executed a disconnection instruction and only a pre-charging relay is closed, determining a voltage sampling state of the heating relay according to the first sampling voltage, and determining a fault of the heating relay according to the voltage sampling state; when the heating relay already executes the disconnection instruction and only the main negative relay and the pre-charging relay are closed, obtaining a second sampling voltage of the heating relay, a third sampling voltage of the main positive relay, a fourth sampling voltage at the rear end of the fuse and pre-charging time; and determining whether the heating relay has an adhesion fault according to the voltage sampling state, the second sampling voltage, the third sampling voltage, the fourth sampling voltage and the pre-charging time. The method can accurately distinguish the adhesion fault of the heating relay from the voltage sampling fault of the heating relay, avoids false alarm or missing alarm faults caused by the fact that the faults cannot be distinguished, and greatly improves the diagnosis reliability.

    本发明公开了一种动力电池加热继电器故障诊断方法、装置及车辆控制器,所述方法包括,当加热继电器已执行断开指令且仅预充继电器闭合时,获取加热继电器的第一采样电压,根据第一采样电压,确定加热继电器的电压采样状态,当加热继电器已执行断开指令且仅主负继电器及预充继电器闭合时,获取加热继电器的第二采样电压、主正继电器的第三采样电压、保险丝后端的第四采样电压及预充时间,根据电压采样状态、第二采样电压、第三采样电压、第四采样电压及预充时间,确定加热继电器是否存在粘连故障。所述方法可以准确区分加热继电器粘连故障和加热继电器电压采样故障,避免出现由于故障无法区分而导致误报或者漏报故障,大幅度提高诊断可靠性。
