The invention provides a parking braking device, a control method and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The electromagnet comprises an iron core and a coil surrounding the outer side of the iron core; the pawl is connected with the iron core; the ratchet wheel is fixed on an output shaft of the brake motor, the ratchet wheel comprises a plurality of ratchets, and self-locking structures are arranged on the ratchets; the coil is configured to drive the iron core to drive the pawl to move to the space between teeth of the ratchet wheel; the ratchet wheel is configured to respond to rotation of the output shaft in the first direction to drive the self-locking structure to be buckled with the pawl so as to prevent the pawl from moving in the direction away from the ratchet wheel. After the pawl is inserted into the ratchet, the position of the pawl is fixed through the self-locking structure, so that the pawl is prevented from being disengaged from the space between the ratchets, use of a hydraulic cylinder and a bistable electromagnet is avoided, and the cost consumed for achieving the parking braking function of a vehicle is reduced.

    本申请提供了一种驻车制动装置、控制方法及车辆,属于车辆技术领域,驻车制动装置包括:制动电机;电磁铁,包括铁芯以及环绕在所述铁芯外侧的线圈;棘爪,与所述铁芯连接;棘轮,固定在所述制动电机的输出轴上,所述棘轮包括多个棘齿,所述棘齿上设置有自锁结构;所述线圈被配置为驱动所述铁芯带动所述棘爪移动至所述棘轮的齿间;所述棘轮被配置为响应于所述输出轴向第一方向的转动,带动所述自锁结构与所述棘爪扣合,以阻碍所述棘爪向远离所述棘轮的方向移动。本申请在棘爪插入棘齿之后,通过自锁结构对棘爪位置进行固定,从而避免棘爪从齿间脱出,进而避免了液压缸和双稳态电磁铁的使用,降低了车辆实现驻车制动功能所消耗的成本。
