After the pawl is inserted into the ratchet, the position of the pawl is fixed through the self-locking structure, so that the pawl is prevented from being disengaged from the space between the ratchets, use of a hydraulic cylinder and a bistable electromagnet is avoided, and the cost consumed for achieving the parking braking function of a vehicle is reduced.
