The invention discloses a hoisting method for a grid hung under a roof large-span steel beam. The hoisting method comprises the following steps that I, a tower crane is connected with a hoisting device, a steel wire rope recycling device is connected with the hoisting device, a steel wire rope locking device and a hoisting transfer beam, and the hoisting transfer beam is connected with a grid unit; iI, locking the steel wire rope by the lifting device; iII, the grating units are hoisted to the maximum height; iV, locking the steel wire rope by a steel wire rope locking device, and loosening the hoisting device; v, lowering the hoisting device, locking the steel wire rope by the hoisting device, and loosening the steel wire rope locking device; and VI, the step III, the step IV and the step V are repeated till the grating units are hoisted in place. The method is simple in process, easy to operate and high in construction efficiency, the construction cost is effectively controlled, the problem that hoisting in place cannot be achieved at a time due to the fact that the lifting height of a tower crane is limited is solved, the problem that a steel wire rope collides with an installed component in the direct hoisting process is also avoided, multiple winches do not need to be used for hoisting, and the equipment cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种屋面大跨度钢梁下挂格栅的吊装方法,包括如下步骤:Ⅰ、塔吊连接起吊装置,钢丝绳回收装置连接起吊装置、钢丝绳锁紧装置、吊装转换梁,吊装转换梁连接格栅单元;Ⅱ、起吊装置锁紧钢丝绳;Ⅲ、将格栅单元吊至最大高度;Ⅳ、钢丝绳锁紧装置锁紧钢丝绳,松开起吊装置;Ⅴ、下放起吊装置,起吊装置锁紧钢丝绳,松开钢丝绳锁紧装置;Ⅵ、重复步骤Ⅲ、步骤Ⅳ、步骤Ⅴ,直至格栅单元吊装到位。本发明工艺简单,易于操作,施工效率高,有效控制了施工成本,解决了因塔吊的提升高度有限而无法一次性吊装到位的问题,也避免了直接吊装时钢丝绳会与已安装的构件发生碰撞的问题,且无需使用多台卷扬机进行吊装,降低了设备成本。
