    本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑工程用升降装置。本发明提出一种建筑工程用升降装置,包括有底板,底板上固接有均匀分布的滑杆,其中两个滑杆之间滑动式连接有室内升降机,室内升降机顶部转动连接有第一导向轮,室内升降机上安装有电机,室内升降机靠近电机的一侧转动式连接有第一卷绳轮,电机的输出轴通过联轴器与第一卷绳轮连接,第一卷绳轮上绕卷有第一拉绳,室内升降机靠近第一导向轮的一侧固接有对称分布的L型安装架,对称分布的L型安装架相向设置。本发明通过第二导向轮、连接件、第一弹簧等互相协作,让货箱在吊运过程中能够平稳上移,避免因晃动使货箱内的物料发生磕碰损伤,提高吊运的平稳性和安全性。
