The invention relates to the technical field of lifting equipment, in particular to a constructional engineering lifting device which comprises a lifting seat slidably mounted on a guide arm. The lifting seat comprises a sliding arm and a clamping arm, the sliding arm is slidably mounted on the guide arm, the clamping arm is hinged to the sliding arm through a hinge shaft, the sliding arm and the clamping arm form a clamping frame below the hinge shaft, and two clamping plates slidably mounted on the inner side of the sliding arm and the inner side of the clamping arm respectively are arranged in the clamping frame. First springs are arranged between the two clamping plates and the corresponding sliding arms and clamping arms; the lifting mechanism comprises a first winch and a second winch, a first lifting rope matched with the first winch is connected with the sliding arm, and a second lifting rope matched with the second winch is connected with the acting force input end of the clamping arm. The lifting rope and the goods are prevented from swinging and rotating in the lifting process, potential safety hazards caused by swinging and rotating are eliminated, and the lifting point of the goods in the lifting process is more accurate.

    本发明涉及起重升降装备技术领域,具体涉及一种建筑工程升降装置,包括导向臂上滑动安装有升降座;所述升降座包括滑动臂和夹臂,所述滑动臂滑动安装在导向臂上,所述夹臂通过铰接轴与滑动臂铰接连接,所述滑动臂和夹臂在铰接轴下方构成夹装框架,其内设置有分别滑动安装在滑动臂和夹臂内侧的两个夹板,两个所述夹板与对应的滑动臂和夹臂之间均设置有第一弹簧;所述升降机构包括第一卷扬机和第二卷扬机,所述第一卷扬机上配合的第一吊绳与滑动臂连接,所述第二卷扬机上配合的第二吊绳与夹臂的作用力输入端连接;本发明防止吊绳和货物在升降过程中摇摆和转动,消除了由此带来的安全隐患,并使得货物升降过程中的起降点更加精确。
