The invention discloses an assembly type building steel beam hoisting device and a construction method thereof.The assembly type building steel beam hoisting device comprises a steel beam and a hoisting tool, the hoisting tool is connected with the steel beam through a suspension mechanism and serves as the upper side fixing end of the steel beam, the suspension mechanism comprises first limiting heads which are embedded in the two axial sides of the steel beam in a point division mode, and the gravity center of the steel beam is arranged between the two first limiting heads; a second limiting head embedded with a steel beam is arranged under the first limiting head, the second limiting head and the first limiting head are connected and fixed through a connecting plate, the side direction of the connecting plate is connected with a connecting assembly, and the connecting plate is used in cooperation with a vertical rod piece arranged on one side of the connecting plate so that the steel beam can stably ascend and descend in the arrangement direction of the vertical rod piece in the traction process in the vertical direction. The mode that the vertical rods limit the preset track is adopted for treatment, the limiting blocks are arranged on the outer sides of the additionally-arranged connecting plates, the vertically-through through grooves are formed in the limiting blocks, and position limitation of the vertical rods is matched, so that the lifting appliance can ascend and descend along the vertical rods all the time, and the shaking problem is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑钢梁吊装装置及其施工方法,包括钢梁、吊具,其中吊具通过悬置机构与钢梁连接并作为与钢梁的上侧固定端,所述悬置机构包括沿钢梁的轴向两侧分点嵌合第一限位头,且钢梁的重心置于两第一限位头之间,所述第一限位头的正下方设有嵌合钢梁的第二限位头,两者通过连接板相连接固定,所述连接板的侧向连接有衔接组件,并与其一侧设有的竖直杆件相配合使用,以在钢梁在竖直方向牵引过程沿竖直杆件布设方向平稳升降。本发明采用竖杆限制预设轨迹的方式处理,借助在增设的连接板外侧设置限位块,在限位块上开设上下贯通的通槽,配合竖杆的位置限制,使得吊具在升、降过程中能够始终沿着竖杆进行,避免出现晃动问题。
