The correcting plates are synchronously lowered through the lifting hydraulic cylinders, the reinforcing steel bars can enter the inserting holes in the bottom of the wall plate after being exposed out of the circular rings, and compared with an existing operation mode that whether the reinforcing steel bars can be inserted into the inserting holes or not is directly observed, the correcting mode is set outside the wall plate, so that the assembling efficiency and the assembling safety are improved conveniently.
