The invention relates to a prefabricated bridge deck slab hoisting assembly, a hoisting tool and a using method, the prefabricated bridge deck slab hoisting assembly comprises four hoisting units, every two hoisting units form one group and are divided into two parallel groups, the two hoisting units of each group are oppositely arranged in parallel, and each hoisting unit comprises a fixed pulley block, a lower hoisting point steel wire rope and two lower hoisting point lifting lugs; the two lower lifting point lifting lugs are arranged at intervals, the fixed pulley blocks are installed on the lower lifting point lifting lugs, the two ends of the lower lifting point steel wire rope penetrate through the fixed pulley blocks at the positions of the two lower lifting point lifting lugs respectively, vertically extend downwards and are used for being connected with a prefabricated bridge deck slab to be lifted, and the lower lifting point steel wire rope between the two lower lifting point lifting lugs is parallel to the horizontal plane. Through the application, the stress of the prefabricated bridge deck slab to be hoisted in the hoisting process can be effectively dispersed, so that the tensile force borne by each pre-buried hoisting point is more uniform, and the cracking risk of the concrete prefabricated bridge deck slab in the hoisting process is effectively avoided.
