The invention discloses a hoisting device and a hoisting method for a prefabricated bridge deck slab with limited vertical space, the hoisting device comprises an upper lifting lug, carrying pole beams, connecting systems and a lower lifting lug from top to bottom, the two identical carrying pole beams are arranged side by side, and the two carrying pole beams are connected into a whole through the plurality of uniformly arranged connecting systems; the hoisting method comprises the following steps: S1, hoisting preparation; and S2, hoisting construction. Under the condition that the vertical space is limited, the integral gravity center of the prefabricated bridge deck slab to be erected is changed during hoisting operation by arranging the carrying pole beams and arranging the balancing weights, and steel wire ropes of hoisting equipment and obstacles above the prefabricated bridge deck slab to be erected are mutually staggered in space during installation operation; the prefabricated bridge deck slab is rapidly and stably hoisted and erected under the condition that the vertical space is limited, the prefabricated bridge deck slab is hoisted and erected in place at a time, and the construction progress is accelerated.

    本发明专利公开了一种竖向空间受限的预制桥面板吊装装置及其吊装方法,该吊装装置自上而下包括:上吊耳、扁担梁、连接系,下吊耳,两根完全相同的扁担梁并排放置,两根扁担梁之间通过若干根均匀放置的连接系连接成一个整体,吊装方法包括如下步骤:S1、吊装准备;S2、吊装施工。本发明在竖向空间受限的情况下,通过设置扁担梁和配置配重块将待架设的预制桥面板的吊装作业时改变整体重心,安装作业时使起重设备的钢丝绳与待架设的预制桥面板上方的障碍物在空间上相互错开,实现了竖向空间受限情况下预制桥面板快速、平稳吊装架设施工,一次吊装架设到位,加快了施工进度。
