The invention relates to the related technical field of elevator design structures, and discloses a pre-stretching ultra-deep heavy-load elevator thin car bottom structure which comprises an elevator car bottom structure, and the elevator car bottom structure comprises a plurality of first car bottom parts and a plurality of second car bottom parts which are connected in sequence; an overall pre-stretching structure is arranged in the first car bottom part and the second car bottom part and comprises a pull rod erected in the first car bottom part. The overall rigidity and the local rigidity of the elevator car bottom are improved through the pre-stretching structure, the traditional mode of thickening materials is avoided, and therefore the cost and the requirement for construction conditions are reduced, the stability and the bearing capacity of the first car bottom part and the second car bottom part are enhanced through the mode of combining overall pre-stretching and local pre-stretching, and the service life of the elevator car bottom is prolonged. Correspondingly, the thickness of materials does not need to be increased, such as a strong bracket, so that the manufacturing cost is saved, the dead weight of the elevator is reduced, and the energy consumption is further reduced.

    本发明涉及电梯设计结构相关技术领域,公开了一种预拉伸超深大载重电梯薄轿底结构,本发明包括电梯轿底结构,所述电梯轿底结构包括依次连接的若干第一轿底部和若干第二轿底部,所述第一轿底部和所述第二轿底部内设有整体预拉伸结构,所述整体预拉伸结构包括架设于所述第一轿底部内的拉杆。本发明通过预拉伸结构提高电梯轿底的整体和局部刚度,避免采用传统加厚材料的方式,从而降低成本和对施工条件的要求,并且通过整体预拉伸与局部预拉伸相结合的方式,来增强第一轿底部和第二轿底部的稳定性和承载能力,相应的由于不需要增加材料厚度,如增加强力托架,节省了制造成本,同时减少了电梯自重,进而降低了能耗。
