The friction force between the guide wheel and the guide rail is effectively reduced, and the stability of the elevator car in the running process is further improved.
本发明提供了一种大载重货梯井道结构,包括主井道、电梯轿厢和导轨,主井道的内部通过钢丝绳连接有电梯轿厢,主井道内部的左右端均通过螺栓竖向固定有导轨,电梯轿厢的左侧横向固定有支撑架,支撑架的内部转动连接有导向轮,支撑架的上方均设置有清洁上油组件,本发明的电梯轿厢在主井道内运行的过程中可对导轨中的润滑油和杂物进行收集,避免润滑油和杂物污染电梯井道,且在运行时电梯轿厢的导向轮会持续被润滑,有效的降低了导向轮与导轨之间的摩擦力,进一步的提高了电梯轿厢运行过程中的稳定性。
