The invention discloses a noise reduction structure of a high-speed elevator and a using method of the noise reduction structure. The noise reduction structure comprises an elevator shaft and a lift car which is arranged in the elevator shaft and can do up-down reciprocating high-speed motion in the elevator shaft, and a plurality of noise reduction mechanisms are arranged on the side, corresponding to a movable door of the lift car, of the elevator shaft and the two sides, corresponding to two adjacent side plates of the movable door, of the elevator shaft correspondingly; each noise reduction mechanism comprises a first noise reduction cavity, a second noise reduction cavity, a third noise reduction cavity, a fourth noise reduction cavity and a fifth noise reduction cavity, and a sixth noise reduction cavity is formed between every two adjacent noise reduction mechanisms. According to the noise reduction device, the multiple noise reduction mechanisms are arranged, high-speed gas generated during high-speed movement of the lift car is guided into the noise reduction mechanisms, and the high-speed gas is reflected through the first noise reduction cavity, the second noise reduction cavity, the third noise reduction cavity, the fourth noise reduction cavity, the fifth noise reduction cavity and the sixth noise reduction cavity; the reflected high-speed gas and the high-speed gas entering the noise reduction cavity interfere with each other, so that the flow speed of the high-speed gas is reduced, and the wind resistance noise generated when the lift car runs at a high speed is reduced.
本发明公开一种高速电梯减噪结构及其使用方法,减噪结构包括电梯井、及设置在电梯井内且可在电梯井内上下往复高速运动的轿厢,电梯井对应轿厢活动门的一侧、及分别对应活动门相邻两侧板的两侧均设有多个减噪机构;减噪机构包括第一减噪腔、第二减噪腔、第三减噪腔、第四减噪腔和第五减噪腔,且相邻两个减噪机构之间形成第六减噪腔。本发明中,通过设置多个减噪机构,将轿厢高速运动时产生的高速气体导流至减噪机构中,利用第一减噪腔、第二减噪腔、第三减噪腔、第四减噪腔、第五减噪腔和第六减噪腔对高速气体进行反射,被反射的高速气体与进入减噪腔的高速气体相互干扰,从而降低高速气体的流速,降低轿厢高速运行时产生的风阻噪声。
