The low-noise elevator compensation chain structure comprises a steel wire chain, a buffer layer is installed on the outer side of the steel wire chain, a reinforcing wire is installed on the outer side of the buffer layer, a wear-resisting layer is installed on the outer side of the reinforcing wire, connecting assemblies are installed on the outer sides of the two ends of the wear-resisting layer, and a safety assembly is installed on the outer side of the wear-resisting layer. The wear-resistant layer and the buffer layer are installed, the steel wire chain fixes the buffer layer on the outer side, the buffer layer is made of a rubber material, the buffer layer supports the reinforcing wires on the outer side, meanwhile, the wear-resistant layer and the buffer layer are matched to fix the reinforcing wires, the reinforcing wires reinforce the strength of the compensation chain, the situation that the compensation chain is broken is prevented, and the service life of the compensation chain is prolonged. The wear-resistant layer is installed on the outer side of the whole compensation chain, the wear-resistant layer wraps the compensation chain through wear-resistant rubber materials, metal materials in the compensation chain are isolated from a wall through the wear-resistant materials, noise generated in the nozzle is reduced, and the purpose of reducing noise during elevator running is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种低噪音的电梯补偿链结构,包括钢丝链,所述钢丝链的外侧安装有缓冲层,所述缓冲层的外侧安装有加强丝,所述加强丝的外侧安装有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的两端外侧安装有连接组件,所述耐磨层的外侧安装有保险组件。本发明通过安装有耐磨层与缓冲层,钢丝链对外侧的缓冲层进行固定,缓冲层由橡胶材料组成,缓冲层对外侧的加强丝支撑,同时耐磨层与缓冲层配合对加强丝进行固定,加强丝加强补偿链的强度,防止补充链发生断裂的情况,耐磨层安装在补偿链整体的外侧,耐磨层采用耐磨的橡胶材料包裹住补偿链,通过耐磨材料将补偿链中的金属材料与墙壁隔绝开,减少喷嘴中噪音的产生,达到电梯运行时降噪的目的。
