The invention relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle assembly, in particular to an unmanned aerial vehicle suspension frame assembly device. At present, mounting and dismounting of unmanned aerial vehicle suspension frame assembling equipment are tedious, workers need to clean the equipment, a large amount of manpower and time are consumed, and the assembling efficiency is low. An unmanned aerial vehicle suspension frame assembling device comprises a frame body and the like. A suspension frame is connected to the frame body in a sliding mode, two electric push rods are fixedly connected to the frame body, and the two electric push rods are symmetrically arranged. The suspension frame and the cradle head equipment are pre-lifted through the two rotating plates, the cradle head equipment can be buffered when the cradle head equipment is clamped into the supporting frame, deformation and damage of the cradle head equipment caused by heavy pressure of the supporting frame are prevented, and the suspension frame and the cradle head equipment can be limited and installed in multiple directions; therefore, the holder equipment can be stably installed, meanwhile, the holder equipment can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and the assembling efficiency of the holder equipment is improved.

    本发明涉及无人机组装领域,尤其涉及一种无人机悬吊架组装装置。目前的无人机悬吊架组装设备的安装和拆除都较为繁琐,且需要工作人员对设备进行清理,耗费大量人力与时间,导致组装效率低下的缺点。一种无人机悬吊架组装装置,包括有架体等;所述架体上滑动式连接有悬吊架,所述架体上固定连接有两个电动推杆,两个所述电动推杆呈对称设置。通过两个转动板对悬吊架和云台设备进行预抬起,能够在云台设备卡入支撑架内时对云台设备进行缓冲,防止支撑架重压导致云台设备变形损坏,还能够多方向对悬吊架和云台设备进行限位安装,从而能够使云台设备安装稳固的同时实现云台设备的快装和快卸,提高云台设备的组装效率。
