The cooling cavity shell is fixedly inserted into the cable bottom plate, one end of the cooling cavity shell is communicated with a liquid inlet pipe, the other end of the cooling cavity shell is communicated with one side of the columnar cavity, the conductor is assembled in the cooling cavity shell and the liquid inlet pipe, the tail end of the conductor is fixedly connected with positive and negative terminals, the positive and negative terminals are arranged in the end, and the pump flow assembly is used for inputting cooling liquid into the cooling cavity shell. The multiple cooling shell assemblies are independently arranged at one end of the cable bottom plate, the heat exchange efficiency between the cooling liquid and the terminals can be improved in the cooling liquid pumping process, meanwhile, the pump flow of the cooling liquid can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the temperature values of different terminal sides, the pump flow power consumption is reduced, and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种兆瓦级新能源汽车用充电枪,属于新能源车辆技术领域,包括端头底板、缆线底板、冷却腔壳和泵流组件,端头底板一端固定装配有端头,端头内部还设置有柱状腔,缆线底板与端头底板固定相连,冷却腔壳固定插接于缆线底板上,冷却腔壳一端连通有进液管,另一端连通于柱状腔一侧,导体装配于冷却腔壳和进液管中,导体末端固定连接有正负端子,正负端子设置于端头内部,泵流组件用于向冷却腔壳输入冷却液,本发明通过在缆线底板一端独立设置有若干个冷却壳组件,可在泵流冷却液的过程中,增加冷却液与端子间的热交换效率,同时还可根据不同端子侧的温度值,自适应调节冷却液的泵流量,节省泵流功耗,起到节能减排的目的。
