The invention discloses a wide-voltage-range power battery module load balancing system and method, and belongs to the technical field of power battery balancing. The system comprises a new battery module, a whole vehicle remaining battery module, a power balancing board and a control board; the power equalization board is provided with a front side interface, a rear side interface and a communication interface; a front-side interface of the power equalization board is connected with the remaining battery module of the whole vehicle, and a rear-side interface of the power equalization board is connected with the new battery module; a communication interface of the power equalization board is connected with the control board; and the power equalization board uploads the working state to the control board, receives an equalization instruction issued by the control board, and equalizes the remaining battery modules and the new battery modules of the whole vehicle according to the equalization instruction. Balancing of the new battery module and the remaining battery module of the whole vehicle can be achieved without external charging and discharging equipment, convenience is taken into account, and meanwhile waste of energy charged into the battery is avoided; an active equalization mode is realized, and the energy utilization rate is higher; the problem of wide input voltage range is solved, and the design is relatively simpler.

    本发明一种宽电压范围动力电池模组负载均衡系统及方法,属于动力电池均衡技术领域,系统包括新电池模组、整车剩余电池模组、功率均衡板和控制板;功率均衡板设有前侧接口、后侧接口和通信接口;功率均衡板的前侧接口与整车剩余电池模组连接,功率均衡板的后侧接口与新电池模组连接;功率均衡板的通信接口与控制板连接;功率均衡板向控制板上传工作状态,以及接收控制板下发的均衡指令,根据均衡指令对整车剩余电池模组和新电池模组进行均衡。本发明无需外接充放电设备即可实现新电池模组与整车剩余电池模组的均衡,在兼顾便捷性的同时又避免充入电池的能量浪费;实现主动均衡方式,能量利用率更高;解决输入电压范围宽的问题,设计相对更简单。
