The invention discloses an improved power battery module electric quantity equalization system and a control method, SOC of an ith single battery is calculated through a current value of a battery module, SOC values of all single batteries are ranked from low to high and recorded as SOCj, if SOCj-SOCm is larger than SOCm * 5%, it is judged that the single batteries need to participate in electric quantity equalization, the time required for equalization of each single battery is calculated, and the time required for equalization of each single battery is calculated. If delta SOCjgt, judging a single battery equalization scheme which needs to participate in electric quantity equalization; if deltaSOCjlt is zero, corresponding electric quantity needs to be extracted from the single battery, and if deltaSOCjlt is zero; and if not, the corresponding single battery needs to be supplemented with electric quantity. The battery pack can reduce the electric quantity loss and the overall heat productivity, and is beneficial to improving the energy utilization rate of the whole battery pack.

    本发明公开了一种改进的动力电池模组电量均衡系统及控制方法,由通过电池模组的电流值计算第i个单体电池的SOC,并将所有单体电池SOC值进行从低到高排序,记为SOCj,若|SOCj‑SOCm|>SOCm*5%,判定单体电池需要参与电量均衡,计算各单体电池均衡所需时间,判断需要参与电量均衡的单体电池均衡方案:若ΔSOCj>0,则需要从单体电池中抽取相应电量,若ΔSOCj<0,则需要对相应单体电池进行补充电量。本发明能降低电量损耗及整体的发热量,有助于提升整个电池包的能量利用率。
