The method comprises the following steps: dividing a plurality of single batteries included in a target battery pack into a plurality of small groups; determining the total group electric quantity corresponding to the plurality of groups and the single battery electric quantity of the single batteries included in the plurality of groups; based on the group total electric quantity corresponding to the plurality of groups, determining the inter-group average electric quantity of the plurality of groups and the single battery electric quantity of the single batteries included in the plurality of groups, and determining the intra-group average electric quantity corresponding to the plurality of groups; and carrying out electric quantity equalization among the plurality of small groups based on the inter-group average electric quantity, and carrying out electric quantity equalization in the corresponding small groups based on the intra-group average electric quantity corresponding to the plurality of small groups. According to the invention, the technical problem of low efficiency of transferring the electric quantity of a single battery caused by long transferring time when the electric quantity of a plurality of batteries is transferred in the prior art is solved.
