The signal lamp information adjusting method comprises the steps that a traffic lamp phase and time sequence message SPAT sent by a road side unit RSU is acquired; the SPAT message comprises a first timestamp and signal lamp information when the RSU sends the SPAT message; the signal lamp information comprises working time of signal lamps; acquiring a second timestamp when the SPAT message is received; determining a time difference between the second timestamp and the first timestamp; determining a to-be-adjusted signal lamp and target working time corresponding to the to-be-adjusted signal lamp based on the time difference under the condition that the working time of the signal lamp needs to be adjusted according to the time difference; and adjusting the working time of the signal lamp according to the target working time. According to the scheme of the embodiment, the SPAT message delay can be eliminated.
