The invention discloses an altitude valve device and a control method of the altitude valve device, and relates to the technical field of vehicle control, the altitude valve device comprises a mechanical altitude valve, an air inlet valve port is connected with an air source, and an air outlet valve port is connected with an air spring; an air inlet valve port of the electromagnetic valve is connected with the air source, an air outlet valve port of the electromagnetic valve is connected with the air spring, and the electromagnetic valve is further in communication connection with a controller; and the rotary encoder is in rigid connection with the horizontal lever and/or the driving shaft of the mechanical height valve, is also in communication connection with the controller, and is configured to acquire the rotation angle of the horizontal lever of the mechanical height valve in real time and send the rotation angle to the controller. Therefore, on the basis that reliable work of a traditional mechanical height valve is guaranteed, the reliability of the height valve device is improved through the integrated electromagnetic valve, the height of a vehicle body can be adjusted in real time in an assisting mode through the lever rotation angle, collected in real time through the integrated encoder, of the mechanical height valve, and then the comfort degree of vehicle running is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高度阀装置及高度阀装置的控制方法,涉及车辆控制技术领域,所述高度阀装置包括:机械高度阀,进风阀口与气源连接,出风阀口与空气弹簧连接;电磁阀,进风阀口与所述气源连接,出风阀口与所述空气弹簧连接,还与控制器通信连接;旋转编码器,与机械高度阀的水平杠杆和/或驱动轴刚性连接,还与控制器通信连接,被配置为实时采集机械高度阀的水平杠杆的旋转角度并将所述旋转角度发送给控制器。这样,能够在保证传统机械高度阀工作可靠基础上,通过集成电磁阀提升高度阀装置的可靠性,通过集成编码器实时采集的机械高度阀杠杆旋转角度,能够协助实现实时调整车体高度,进而提高车辆运行的舒适度。
