The invention provides a height valve assembly which comprises a valve body, an inner cavity penetrating in the axis direction of the valve body is formed in the valve body, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the two ends of the inner cavity respectively, and an air outlet communicated with the inner cavity is formed in the valve body; the check valve core is arranged at the air inlet; the driving piston assembly and the valve piston are located in the inner cavity, the valve piston comprises a first end and a second end which are opposite, and the first end of the valve piston is connected to the driving piston assembly and driven by the driving piston assembly to move in the inner cavity in the axis direction of the valve body; the multi-stage throttle valve is formed by connecting at least two control valve elements in series, one end of the multi-stage throttle valve is connected to the check valve element through a spring, the other end of the multi-stage throttle valve is connected to the second end of the valve piston, and the multi-stage throttle valve is driven by the valve piston to move in the axis direction of the valve body to control opening and closing of the air outlet. Abrasion between the valve piston and the valve body is avoided, so that the problems of failure and clamping stagnation of the valve body are reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种高度阀总成,其包括:阀体,阀体内部设有沿其轴线方向贯通的内腔,内腔两端分别形成进风口和排风口,阀体上设有连通于内腔的出风口;设置于进风口处的止回阀芯;位于内腔内的驱动活塞组件和阀门活塞,阀门活塞包括相对的第一端和第二端,阀门活塞第一端相接于驱动活塞组件,并受其驱动于内腔内沿阀体轴线方向运动;由至少两个控制阀芯串联组成的多级节流阀,多级节流阀一端通过弹簧连接于止回阀芯,其另一端相接于阀门活塞第二端,受阀门活塞驱动沿阀体轴线方向运动,控制出风口的开闭,套设于阀门活塞和阀体之间的活塞轴承套。避免了阀门活塞与阀体之间的磨损,从而减少了阀体失效和卡滞的问题,延长使用寿命,降低维护成本。
