The invention provides a zinc-free vulcanizing aid, a rubber composition, a rubber product and a tire. The preparation method of the zinc-free vulcanizing aid comprises the following steps: pre-reacting zinc oxide, stearic acid, an anti-aging agent and a vulcanizing system drug in a solvent, and sequentially filtering to remove zinc and removing the solvent after the pre-reaction to obtain the zinc-free vulcanizing aid. The zinc-free vulcanizing auxiliary agent contains the intermediate which is active through pre-reaction, and the intermediate has the effect of promoting vulcanization and has the effect of activating an accelerant in advance, so that the zinc-free vulcanizing auxiliary agent can partially or completely replace zinc oxide in a common formula. A zinc-free rubber product can be prepared by adopting the zinc-free vulcanizing aid, zinc-free emission and environmental friendliness are realized, and a rubber composition can obtain rubber properties, such as crosslinking density, hardness, stress at definite elongation, hysteresis and the like, which are close to those of zinc-containing rubber under the condition that zinc is not contained under the action of the zinc-free vulcanizing aid.
本发明提供了一种无锌型硫化助剂、橡胶组合物、橡胶制品和轮胎。该无锌型硫化助剂通过以下制备方法得到:将氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、硫化体系药品在溶剂中进行预反应,预反应后依次进行过滤除锌、脱除溶剂,得到无锌型硫化助剂。上述无锌型硫化助剂中含有经预反应生成活性的中间体,该中间体具有促进硫化的作用,起到了提前活化促进剂的作用,因而可以部分或者全部代替氧化锌在普通配方中的作用。采用该无锌型硫化助剂,可以制备成无锌的橡胶制品,实现无锌排放,对环境友好,而且通过上述无锌型硫化助剂的作用,可以在不含锌的情况下,橡胶组合物能够获得与含锌橡胶接近的交联密度和硬度、定伸应力、滞后等胶料性能。
