Under the catalytic action of stearic acid, an anti-aging agent reacts with a reagent in a vulcanization system to generate an active intermediate, the active intermediate has the effect of promoting vulcanization and has the effect of activating an accelerant in advance, so that the active intermediate can replace zinc oxide, and a product obtained after the reaction is mixed with rubber, so that the rubber is obtained. The formed masterbatch can be used for preparing rubber products such as tires which are completely free of zinc elements, zinc-free emission can be realized, and the masterbatch is environment-friendly.
