    本发明属于高空作业设备技术领域,公开了一种摇杆自动回中装置及设计方法,摇杆自动回中装置包括:固定座,设有贯穿孔和环槽,环槽与贯穿孔同心,环槽的槽底为圆弧形;摇杆本体,穿设于贯穿孔,并安装有隔环;耐磨套,套设于摇杆本体,耐磨套底部与环槽的槽底贴合;回中弹簧,套设于摇杆本体,两端分别与耐磨套、隔环相抵;摇杆本体包括初始位置和最大偏摆位置,回中弹簧用于驱动摇杆本体从最大偏摆位置向初始位置切换;连接组件,安装于固定座,并与摇杆本体铰接,连接组件用于确保摇杆本体处于初始位置时,摇杆本体的中心轴向与贯穿孔的中心线重合。根据本发明实施例的摇杆自动回中装置,结构简单,稳定性好,能确保摇杆本体的快速准确回中。
