The invention discloses a hydraulic control system suitable for a small-tonnage forklift, a gear shifting method and a gearbox assembly. The system comprises a forward clutch, a backward clutch, an inching valve, a two-way buffer and an electromagnetic reversing valve. The gear shifting oil way sequentially passes through the inching valve and the electromagnetic reversing valve and then enters the forward clutch and the backward clutch. A bidirectional buffer is connected in series to an oil path entering the forward clutch and the backward clutch; the bidirectional buffer comprises a cavity, an elastic piece, a first piston and a second piston, wherein the elastic piece, the first piston and the second piston are located in the cavity. The first piston and the second piston are fixedly connected with the two ends of the elastic piece correspondingly and divide the cavity into an advancing cavity and a retreating cavity. The elastic piece is matched with the first piston and the second piston, so that the first piston and the second piston can slide in the cavity, and power crossing in the gear switching process can be reduced, so that more gentle gear shifting is achieved.
本发明公开了一种适用于小吨位的叉车液压控制系统、换挡方法及变速箱总成,系统包括:前进离合器、后退离合器、微动阀、双向缓冲器和电磁换向阀;换挡油路依次经过微动阀、电磁换向阀后分别进入前进离合器、后退离合器;以及,在进入前进离合器、后退离合器的油路上,串联接入双向缓冲器;其中,双向缓冲器包括腔体,以及位于腔体内的弹性件、第一活塞和第二活塞;第一活塞和第二活塞分别与弹性件的两端固接,并将腔体划分,包括前进腔体和后退腔体;弹性件配合第一活塞和第二活塞,使第一活塞和第二活塞能够在腔体内滑动,本发明能够减少档位切换过程中的动力交叉从而实现更为平缓的换挡。
