本发明公开了一种双锥环同步换挡机构及3T叉车变速箱换挡机构,包括主轴、第一结合齿轮、同步器和第二结合齿轮,同步环为双锥同步环,包括从内往外依次套接的内环、中间环和外环,内环第一外圆锥面上设有第一碳纤维层,内环内侧面上设有三个径向齿,径向齿卡设于离合器从动盘毂上;外环第一内圆锥面上设有第二碳纤维层;中间环大端端面上设有三个轴向齿,轴向齿插入第一结合齿轮或第二结合齿轮对应圆孔中。本发明通过将现有单锥面摩擦更改为双锥面摩擦,并在双锥面上均设置碳纤维层,使换挡力降低了50%,换挡更平顺省力;内环、外环采用铁基粉末冶金压铸件,且装配尺寸不变,有效控制了现有3T叉车更换为双锥同步换挡机构的成本。
