Cross beam position sensors are arranged on moving shafts of the cross beam driving devices and are used for sensing the positions of the two ends of the cross beam device relative to the first track device and the second track device in real time. According to the gantry equipment, the beam driving devices are arranged at the two ends of the beam device respectively, and the beam position sensors are correspondingly arranged, so that the positions of the two ends of the beam device relative to the first track device and the second track device can be obtained in real time and adjusted according to needs, and hard dragging of one end of the beam device can be avoided; and mechanical transmission can be prevented from being damaged, and the safety of gantry equipment can be improved.
本发明公开了一种龙门设备及龙门设备控制方法。龙门装置的横梁装置架设于第一轨道装置和第二轨道装置之间,工作轴设于横梁装置;两套横梁驱动装置分别设于横梁装置的两端,横梁驱动装置用于驱动横梁装置沿第一轨道装置、第二轨道装置移动;横梁驱动装置的运动轴上均设有横梁位置传感器,横梁位置传感器用于实时感知横梁装置的两端分别相对于第一轨道装置、第二轨道装置的位置。龙门设备通过在横梁装置的两端分别设置横梁驱动装置,并相应地设置横梁位置传感器,从而可以实时获知并根据需要调整横梁装置的两端相对第一轨道装置、第二轨道装置的位置,可以避免出现横梁装置的一端发生硬拖动,可以避免损坏机械传动,可以提高龙门设备的安全性。
