The invention provides a gantry crane positioning method and equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring pulse directions of pulses sent by an encoder, and accumulating pulse numbers corresponding to the pulse directions; determining the moving direction of the gantry crane based on the pulse direction, and determining the moving distance of the gantry crane in each moving direction based on the pulse number corresponding to each pulse direction; and based on the moving distance of the gantry crane in each moving direction, determining the position information of the hoisted heavy object. The position information of the lifted heavy object can be monitored in real time, so that the lifting safety is ensured.

    本发明提供一种龙门吊定位方法及设备。该方法包括:获取编码器所发送的脉冲的脉冲方向,并累计各脉冲方向对应的脉冲数量;基于脉冲方向,确定龙门吊的移动方向,并基于各脉冲方向对应的脉冲数量,确定龙门吊在各移动方向上的移动距离;基于龙门吊在各移动方向上的移动距离,确定起吊重物的位置信息。本发明能够实时监测起吊重物的位置信息,以保证起吊安全。
