The invention discloses a crane hook beam balance detection method, relates to the field of metallurgy, and solves the technical problem that an existing hook beam does not have an early warning function when the existing hook beam is unbalanced. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first real-time weighing value at a first cylinder fixed pulley and a second real-time weighing value at a second cylinder fixed pulley; when the first real-time weighing value is larger than or equal to a set weight early warning value and the first real-time weighing value is not equal to the second real-time weighing value, first early warning is started; when the second real-time weighing value is larger than or equal to the weight early warning value and the second real-time weighing value is not equal to the first real-time weighing value, second early warning is started; and when the second real-time weighing value is equal to the first real-time weighing value and both the second real-time weighing value and the first real-time weighing value are smaller than the weight early warning value, early warning is not started. The invention further discloses a crane hook beam balance detection system. The automatic level of lifting operation is improved, and the production efficiency can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机吊钩梁平衡检测方法,涉及冶金领域,解决了现有吊钩梁不平衡时无预警功能的技术问题。该方法为,获取第一圆筒定滑轮处的第一实时称重值和第二圆筒定滑轮处的第二实时称重值;当第一实时称重值大于或等于设定的重量预警值且第一实时称重值不等于第二实时称重值时,启动第一预警;当第二实时称重值大于或等于重量预警值且第二实时称重值不等于第一实时称重值时,启动第二预警;当第二实时称重值等于第一实时称重值且第二实时称重值和第一实时称重值均小于重量预警值时,不启动预警。本发明还公开了一种起重机吊钩梁平衡检测系统。本发明提高了起重作业的自动化水平,可以提高生产效率。
