The invention discloses an electric rotating hook head for a balance beam of a crane, a driving motor and a hook head of the rotating hook head are arranged on the balance beam, a forward driving ratchet wheel and a reverse driving ratchet wheel are fixed on a rotating shaft of the driving motor through keys, the tooth back directions of the forward driving ratchet wheel and the reverse driving ratchet wheel are opposite, and a bearing disc and a pinion are fixed on a driven shaft. The forward driving pawl and the reverse driving pawl are arranged on the force bearing disc, locking claws of the forward driving pawl and the reverse driving pawl are inserted into tooth grooves of the forward driving ratchet wheel and the reverse driving ratchet wheel under the action of the pawl reset spring, the large gear is fixed to the hook head and meshed with the small gear, and the electromagnetic brake is arranged on the driven shaft. The forward travel switch and the reverse travel switch are arranged on the balance beam and located on rotation paths of the forward drive pawl and the reverse drive pawl rotating along with the force bearing disc respectively, and electric signals of the forward travel switch and the reverse travel switch control the electromagnetic brake to work. The rotary hook head can be automatically switched between two modes, can rotate according to a limited angle or freely, meets the requirement of lifting goods, improves the lifting operation efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity.

    本发明公开了一种用于起重机平衡梁的电动旋转钩头,本旋转钩头的驱动电机和钩头设于平衡梁,正向和反向驱动棘轮通过键固定于驱动电机转轴,并且正向和反向驱动棘轮的齿背方向相反,承力盘和小齿轮固定于从动轴,正向和反向驱动棘爪设于承力盘,正向和反向驱动棘爪在棘爪复位弹簧的作用下止动爪插入正向和反向驱动棘轮的齿槽中,大齿轮固定于钩头并且与小齿轮啮合,电磁制动器设于从动轴,正向和反向行程开关设于平衡梁并分别位于正向和反向驱动棘爪随承力盘旋转的旋转路径上,正向和反向行程开关的电气信号控制电磁制动器工作。本旋转钩头可以两种模式自动切换,实现按限定角度或自由旋转,适应起吊货物的需要,提高吊装作业效率,减轻劳动强度。
