    本发明公开了一种施工现场钢构件吊装装置及方法,涉及到吊装装置技术领域,包括调节机构和用于吊装钢结构件的吊装机构,所述调节机构用于调节吊装机构的摆放角度,所述调节机构的两侧均设置有支撑机构。本发明通过调节机构对吊装机构进行角度调整,可以在钢结构吊装过程中实现位置调整,确保钢结构在安装时能够精确对位,由于能够在空中直接调整钢结构的位置和角度,减少了地面组装时可能出现的误差累积,提高了整体安装精度。调节机构对吊装机构不仅适用于常规的垂直吊装任务,还能应对那些需要特定角度或位置调整的情况,如高层建筑、桥梁等复杂结构的安装,使得在狭窄空间或者有障碍物的环境中也能顺利完成吊装任务。
