    本发明公开一种受限空间的钢构件吊装装置及其施工方法,属于吊装技术领域,包括两组起吊机构,两组起吊机构分别位于钢构件的两侧;起吊机构包括:卷扬机,卷扬机固接在屋面上,屋面上设置有支撑组件;转向机构,转向机构包括设置在屋面上的第一转向滑轮和设置在支撑组件上的第二转向滑轮,第二转向滑轮与屋面的间距不小于钢构件的高度,卷扬机上的钢丝绳依次经过第一转向滑轮、第二转向滑轮并与钢构件一侧相连接;卸力机构,卸力机构包括设置在下层楼楼顶上的连接件,连接件与第一转向滑轮相连接,连接件与下层楼的侧壁之间设置有预应力钢丝绳,预应力钢丝绳倾斜设置。本发明请可实现受限空间内大跨度钢构件的吊装,降低了吊装难度和安全隐患。
