Wherein the inner side of the stabilizer is used for being fixed to a fuselage, and the inner side of the control plane is attached to the outer side of the stabilizer; the control surface control system is rotationally connected to the upper surface of the stabilizer, the outer end of the control surface control system is fixedly connected to the portion, close to the inner side, of the upper surface of the control surface, the inner end of the control surface control system is fixedly connected to the output end of the torsion steering engine, and the torsion steering engine is located in the unmanned aerial vehicle body. The aerodynamic characteristic and the control characteristic of the unmanned aerial vehicle during high-speed flight are improved.
