The invention belongs to an on-chip integrated photoelectric pod system based on an area array single photon avalanche diode, and the system comprises an optical window which protects a photoelectric chip from being affected by rainwater, dust and the like, and has a specific spectrum anti-reflection effect; the mechanical shell provides physical support for the on-chip integrated photoelectric pod system; the photoelectric sensing chip is arranged in the mechanical shell and is used for realizing acquisition and fusion processing of visible light, infrared light or laser ranging information and realizing accurate servo control; the photoelectric sensing chip comprises a metasurface lens layer, a sensor layer, a data processing layer, a power management and interface layer, a heat dissipation layer and an MEMS galvanometer layer. Compared with the prior art, the photoelectric pod system has the advantages that the problems of large size, heavy weight and high cost of the photoelectric pod system caused by discrete devices at present are solved, the novel photoelectric pod system which is small in size, light in weight, low in cost and capable of being produced on a large scale is realized, and the shackles of the discrete devices on the size, the weight and the cost of the system are broken through.

    本发明属于一种基于面阵单光子雪崩二极管的片上集成光电吊舱系统,包括:光学窗口:保护光电芯片免受雨水、灰尘等影响,并且具有特定光谱增透效果;机械外壳:为片上集成光电吊舱系统提供物理支撑;光电传感芯片:设置在机械外壳中,实现可见光、红外光或激光测距信息的采集与融合处理,并实现精准的伺服控制;光电传感芯片包括:超构表面透镜层、传感器层、数据处理层、电源管理与接口层、散热层以及MEMS振镜层。与现有技术相比,本发明解决当前由于离散器件造成的光电吊舱系统体积较大、质量较重、成本较高的问题,实现一种体积小、重量轻、成本低、可大规模生产的新型光电吊舱系统,突破离散器件对系统体积、重量以及成本的桎梏。
