The invention relates to the technical field of manned aerospace, in particular to a rescue satellite hose pressing and releasing device which comprises a base and a binding belt. An accommodating groove and an avoiding groove are formed in the base; the base is suitable for being detachably connected with a cabin plate of a rescue satellite; the binding belt is mounted on the base and is suitable for restraining the hose in the accommodating groove; before a rescue satellite is launched, the base is installed on a cabin plate of the rescue satellite, the hose is placed in the containing groove, and then the hose is pressed in the containing groove through the ribbon so as to cope with severe impact and vibration in the launching process. After rail injection, the cable tie can be sheared by means of a shearing tool, so that the hose is released and separated from the base. Compared with a traditional pressing and releasing device, the structure is more simplified, the possibility that a hose fixing, releasing, pressing and releasing system breaks down is greatly reduced, the reliability of the hose fixing, releasing, pressing and releasing system is improved, and finally the reliability of a whole satellite system is improved.
本发明涉及载人航天技术领域,尤其涉及一种救援卫星软管压紧释放装置,其中,救援卫星软管压紧释放装置包括底座和扎带;底座上形成有容置槽和避让槽;底座适用于与救援卫星的舱板可拆卸连接;扎带安装于底座上,适用于约束容置槽内的软管;发射救援卫星之前,将底座安装于救援卫星的舱板上,并将软管放置于容置槽内,再使用扎带将软管压紧在容置槽内,以应对发射时剧烈的冲击和振动。入轨后,可借助剪切工具剪切扎带,以使软管被释放从底座上分离。相较于传统的压紧释放装置,结构更为简化,大大降低了软管固定释放压紧释放系统发生故障的可能性,提高了软管固定释放压紧释放系统的可靠性,最终提高整个卫星系统的可靠性。
