The reconfigurable counteraction flywheel torque control system comprises a data acquisition unit, a model construction unit, a flywheel evaluation unit, a trajectory prediction unit and a torque control unit, operation data of a counteraction flywheel and a redundant flywheel are acquired to construct a flywheel DIKW model, the data are stored, recognized and converted by using a DIKW knowledge graph, and the torque control unit is used for controlling the torque of the redundant flywheel. According to the method, the use state of each reaction flywheel can be accurately obtained, then the reaction flywheel and the redundant flywheel needing to be replaced are evaluated, then the optimal replacement node can be obtained through the moving trajectory of the spacecraft, when the reaction flywheel and the redundant flywheel are replaced by the optimal replacement node, interference to the attitude of the spacecraft can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the reliability of the spacecraft is improved. After the reaction flywheels are replaced, use of the reaction flywheels can be scheduled to be in a consistent state, the situation that use of the whole spacecraft is affected by damage caused by excessive use of one reaction flywheel is avoided, and finally normal operation of the spacecraft is achieved by controlling the torque of the reaction flywheels.

    本发明的一种可重构的反作用飞轮力矩控制系统,包括数据获取单元、模型构建单元、飞轮评估单元、轨迹预测单元和力矩控制单元,获取反作用飞轮和冗余飞轮的运行数据构建飞轮DIKW模型,应用DIKW知识图谱对数据进行存储、识别以及转换,可以准确获得每个反作用飞轮的使用状态,进而评估得到需要替换的反作用飞轮和冗余飞轮,而后通过航天器的运行轨迹可以获得最佳替换节点,在最佳替换节点替换反作用飞轮和冗余飞轮时,可以最大限度的减少对航天器姿态的干扰,通过替换反作用飞轮后,可以将反作用飞轮的使用调度成一致的状态,避免其中一个反作用飞轮过度使用损坏影响到整个航天器的使用,最终通过对反作用飞轮的力矩进行控制以实现航天器的正常运行。
